It was reported that Samsung is working on another M series phone, which is the Galaxy M62. It is also known that the same smartphone would be launched as Galaxy F62 in some regions. The phone has already cleared its many certifications. Today, another certification for Galaxy M62 has been released.
Recently, the Galaxy M62 has been listed on the Bluetooth SIG certification site. The certification has revealed the Bluetooth version of the device. It can be seen that there are two models mentioned, and both of them are running Bluetooth V5.0. The version is not the latest one, but it comes with all the necessary features.
The following model numbers are mentioned in the certification:
- SM-E625F/DS (Galaxy F62 Dual SIM Version)
- SM-M625F/DS (Galaxy M62 Dual SIM Version)
As per certification, the applicant mentioned is Samsung Electronics Company Limited. The certification was approved on January 26.
As per previous reports, it is known that the Galaxy M62 will feature the Exynos 9825 chipset, the same chipset used in the Galaxy Note 10 series. The Exynos 9825 is an octa-core chipset based on a 7nm manufacturing process. It comes with a maximum frequency of 2.73 GHz with custom M4 cores.
Through FCC certification, it is also known that it would be equipped with a massive 7000mAh battery and support 25W maximum charging. The phone will run the OneUI 3 based on Android 11.
For now, there is no official confirmation of the device. However, it is expected to launch soon, as the smartphone is in the final testing phase.
