A few days ago, Honor officially confirmed that the Honor V40 series would launch on January 18. But today, the company announced that the launch event has been delayed.
According to Honor’s Weibo announcement, the Honor V40 series will be launched at 10 a.m. on January 22, and the phone will go on sale at 12 PM.
The event has been delayed due to the venue and equipment. This is not the first time the Honor V40 launch event has been delayed. Before this, the launch was scheduled for January 12, but it was delayed. It was not announced at that time.
In the official post, the company also mentioned that the Honor V40 series allows users to explore the limitless possibilities brought by technology and offers an unprecedented experience upgrade.
The Honor V40 features a display with the highest specifications ever. It supports 1 billion colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, and under-display fingerprint recognition.
The Honor V40 will feature the Dimensity 1000+ chipset, LPDDR4x memory, UFS 2.1 storage, and a 4,000 mAh battery. It also supports 66W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
