It is known that iQOO (the sub-brand of vivo) is all set to launch its sub-flagship device iQOO Neo5. As the launch date was coming near, the officials were revealing the specifications of the device. Today, the company has revealed the appearance of its upcoming device.
As per the latest warm-up video (released by iQOO on Weibo), it is observed that the upcoming iQOO Neo5 is very similar to the iQOO’s flagship series “iQOO 7.” Only the camera setup design is different in terms of placing the sensors.
As can be seen, the front side is equipped with a single punch-hole display, bringing a better display effect and game control experience. On the backside, the phone adopts the AG matte process.
The triple camera module (on the backside) also continues the double-layer design, which can effectively enhance the back’s three-dimensional sense.
In addition, the company has also confirmed that they will launch four smartphone accessories products with the Neo 5 smartphone, which are the following (as mentioned in the official post):
- iQOO Wireless Sports Earphones, the surging sense of hearing makes you feel dry anytime, anywhere.
- iQOO extreme wind cooling back clip, the second-speed cooling black technology, the gaming experience will be super good with it.
- iQOO flash charging mobile game data cable 2, charging will not be blocked, and the operation would be more convenient.
- The iQOO Neo5 will also come with a trendy protective case with a high-value appearance and super versatile.
As per previous info, the iQOO Neo5 will feature a 120Hz OLED Display with HDR 10+ certification and a 1000Hz touch sampling rate. Inside the phone, the Snapdragon 870 sub-flagship chipset has been used. The Snapdragon 870 is an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 865 series.
The device will also be equipped with UFS 3.1 Storage and 12GB RAM (maybe LPDDR5) with Memory Fusion technology to obtain the equivalent of 15GB RAM. The device will be equipped with a 4400mAh battery with fast charging up to 66W/88W SuperFlash 3.0 flash charging technology.
The all-new iQOO Neo5 will be launched on 16th March at 7:30 PM (Chinese Timing).
