This morning, OnePlus officially announced that the OnePlus 11 will be released on January 4. The company posted a teaser on Weibo revealing the launch date.
The official teaser doesn’t contain any images or specs information about the OnePlus 11. However, the company has also revealed the specifications of the device in a separate post. It was revealed that the OnePlus 11 will have the following highlights: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is based on the latest 4nm manufacturing process and has a new 1+4+3 architecture with the following cores: one Cortex-X3 core, two Cortex-A715 cores, two Cortex-A710 cores, and three Cortex-A510 cores.
The company also revealed that the OnePlus 11 will come with 12GB of RAM, which is more than enough in most cases for a smartphone with an Android system. According to previous leaks, the device with 12GB of RAM will also have 256GB of storage.
