For a long time, the upcoming OnePlus flagship OnePlus 11 (with model number: PHB110), was continuously getting listed on different certification sites. It was also announced that the global launch would happen on February 7. And finally, OnePlus has also announced the China launch date today.
This morning, OnePlus officially announced that the all-new OnePlus 11 will be released on January 4, 2023 (Wednesday of next week) at 2:30 PM (as per Chinese Timing) in a launch event. The company has posted a teaser on Weibo in which they have revealed the launch date.
The official teaser didn’t contain any image or spec information about the OnePlus 11. However, the company has also revealed the device’s specifications in a separate post. It has been revealed that the OnePlus 11 will have the following highlights: Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset, LPDDR5X Memory, and UFS 4.0 Storage.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen2 is the best SoC you can get from Qualcomm. It is based on the latest 4nm manufacturing process and has new 1+4+3 architecture with the following cores: 1x Cortex-X3 Super Core, 2x Cortex-A715 and 2x Cortex-A710 Performance cores, and 3x Cortex-A510 Energy-efficient cores.
The company has also revealed that the base version of the OnePlus 11 will be equipped with 12 Gigs of RAM, which is more than enough for an Android OS-powered smartphone in the majority of scenarios. As per previous leaks, the 12GB RAM basic variant would also have 256GB storage.
