How to remove and install tips:
1. To access the ThinkPad T430 cooing fan, you just need to remove two screws securing the memory cover on the bottom, under the cover, remove two screws securing the keyboard.
2. Flip over the laptop and slide the keyboard towards to the screen. Lift up the keyboard and disconnect the keyboard cable you can access the cooling fan.
