As we all know, the Xiaomi 12 series will be one of the first phones with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Xiaomi is expected to launch the Xiaomi 12 series anytime after the chipset is released.
This evening, the Xiaomi 12 Pro ( 2201122C) received its 3C certification, revealing its charging specifications.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro will use a 120W fast charger, which has been used in several flagship devices. The charger also supports 15W, 27W, 66W and 120W charging.
According to Digital Chat Station, the first batch of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phones may feature fast charging below 150W, a feature already confirmed for the Xiaomi 12 series.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset is manufactured using Samsung’s 4nm process. It features an octa-core architecture, including a 3.0 GHz Cortex-X2 core, three Cortex-A710 cores, and four Cortex-A510 cores. This chipset will also come with the new Adreno 730 GPU.
Currently, the Xiaomi 12 series is expected to be unveiled before the end of this year.
