Samsung Galaxy S6 Teardown
In this guide, I will explain how to disassemble the Samsung Galaxy S6 to remove the back cover, battery, speaker, rear camera, front camera, and motherboard.
First, heat the back cover with a heat gun for about 2-3 minutes.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a dual-glass design and has a non-removable battery.
The back cover is covered with a layer of black thermal sticker.
Remove all screws securing the middle frame.
Insert a pick under the middle frame, then slide it along the frame. Once the middle frame is opened at a certain angle, you can continue to separate it with your hand.
The buttons of the Samsung Galaxy S6 are integrated into the back cover.

Remove the screws securing the motherboard.
Use tweezers to pry up the motherboard and remove it.
