How to
1. Remove eight screws securing the bottom cover.
2. Using a guitar pick to separate the bottom cover from the top case. Insert the pick between two parts and move it along the edge to unfasten hidden latches.
3. You’ll have to apply some reasonable force to separate the bottom cover from the top case.
4. Unplug the battery connector from the motherboard.
5. Remove nine screws securing the heat sink and fan module and disconnect the fan cable from the motherboard. Now you can remove the fan.
