Keyboard for HP ZBook Fury 15 G7, ZBook Fury 15 G8 M17094-001 Replacement Tips:

1. Please verify the part number, description and image match your old keyboard.
2. This laptop has an external keyboard, you can easily replace this keyboard without having to take it to a repair shop.
3. You can download the hardware maintenance manual for this laptop from the HP website and then install your keyboard by the guide in the manual.
4. To replace the keyboard, you have to remove the bottom cover.
5. Remove the three Phillips M2.5 × 6.0 screws that secure the keyboard to the computer.
6. Release the zero insertion force connector and then disconnect the cable from the connector.
7. Remove the pointing stick cable from the top cover. The pointing stick cable is attached to the palm rest with double-sided adhesive.
8. Insert a keyboard plastic tool through the keyboard release hole near the fan and release the keyboard by pressing on its back.
9. Disconnect the keyboard cable and backlight cable from the motherboard
