This is a new IPS LCD FHD screen for HP ZBook 14u G5. The screen is only compatible with a ZBook 14u G5 with a 1920 x 1080 non-touchscreen.

2. The screen is not working on a laptop with a touchscreen.

Tips:
1. Please confirm your LCD resolution, shape, and picture match ours.
2. If you have removed the LCD screen from your notebook, please make sure that the part number L17853-001 is on the back of your LCD screen.
3. You need to use a hot air blower to heat the LCD bezel in order to successfully remove the LCD bezel.
5. In order that your notebook will not be damaged, I suggest you remove the back cover and disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard first.
